The session will feature a presentation by Peter Richards, a responsible tourism leader with a wide range of hands-on experience in public, private and civil society sectors, focusing on responsible tourism and community development. Peter holds an MSc in Responsible Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University, and has conducted graduate research on how UK tour operators and their ground agents can source and sell more sustainable tourism products.

The results of his research has been summarized in the free guide, "Make It Count: A guide for outbound tour operators and their ground agents on how to scale up the sales of sustainable tourism products". This guide has been published by The Travel Foundation, in partnership with Leeds Beckett University.
