Lucas pursued higher education at Hotelschool The Hague, honing their skills and knowledge in hospitality management as well as leadership.
In 2022, Lucas transitioned into a pivotal role at Arabella Hospitality, a white label hotel operator, embracing sustainable hotel management as a focal point.
