Laura is a tourism consultant with expertise in sustainability practices for businesses and destinations. She has served as a coach, trainer, advisor and auditor for a wide range of tourism organizations supporting their sustainability journeys.
She currently leads the EU COSME project "SUSTOUR" as the project coordinator, helping foster the capacities and skills of tour operators and travel agents (SMEs) for sustainable tourism.
