He has experienced the industry from most angles whether as tour guide, cleaner, receptionist, sales consultant, customer service specialist, product manager, team leader and managing director. He feels privileged to having had the opportunity to visit many corners of the world already, but also feels strongly about taking responsibility for the comforts we get to enjoy and working towards a fairer planet.
