She approached the Tourism Industry in her 20ties and has experience in both the Travel and Hospitality sectors as Tour Operator, Travel Agent, and Operations Manager. After maturing experiences also in other industries and roles, she leverages today her first-hand experience and knowledge of the SMEs' operating environment: strengths, and restraints, to support her clients.
She is currently providing advice and guidance to small businesses in the UK and Europe as she fluently speaks 4 languages. She holds a BA in Economics of Tourism and she has deepened her knowledge in Sustainable Tourism obtaining qualifications from GSTC and Travelife for Tour Operators. Passionate about Community-based projects, she also works as Project Manager in the non-profit sector and volunteers with local groups in her Manchester hometown, to promote practices of Responsible Travel within her community.
