Ceillhe Sperath is a Director of TIME Unlimited Ltd (‘To Integrate Maori Experiences’) which in addition to its Tourism Activities, co-ordinates a variety of business outcomes for clients in New Zealand and abroad.
Ceillhe’s background is in Quality & Risk Management, Business Systems Analysis & Improvement, Event and Project Management. After many years with Ernst & Young focussing on internal projects and external client advisory work she then provided services and management support in the areas of integrated management systems development, Business reviews & performance excellence evaluations/assessments and organisational improvement project management for a varied number of client organisations, from large Corporates to small business or start-up operations.
In addition to her business facilitation, evaluation and improvement project services, Ceillhe has previously held a number of Board Directorships in New Zealand. Ceillhe had been involved with the NZ Organisation for Quality for many years as a Board Member and notably was the longest serving, and youngest ever, President of recent years. Ceillhe was also an authorised consultant and has served as a NZ Business Excellence Evaluator/team leader for the NZ Business Excellence Foundation over the past few years. In 2009, she was selected to evaluate the Vero Excellence in Support Awards and the NZ International Awards (previously the export Awards). In 2010 & 2012, she evaluated the NZ Insurance Industry Awards.
Ceillhe is also one of only a few independent auditors on the NZ Universities Academic Audit Unit (NZUAAU). She evaluated the University of Auckland in 2009, the University of Waikato in 2010, AUT in 2011 and Lincoln University in July 2012 as part of the Cycle 4 Whole of University Audit. In 2014, she was been re-confirmed as a Cycle 5 auditor.
Ceillhe believes Networking is the most essential business tool. Her other great passion is to experience interactive travel and cultural experiences. With this in mind, in 2005, Ceillhe set-up another business venture with her Irish/German husband - Néill Sperath. Their company TIME Unlimited offers a number of tourism adventure and travel co-ordination services for the domestic and overseas markets throughout NZ, Australia and the South Pacific.
