TrainingAid is working with the Berlin Convention Office of visitBerlin to support the Sustainable Meetings Berlin programme, which helps hotels, event locations, meeting venues and service providers in Berlin assess and improve on their sustainability practices.

As part of this initiative, we are collaborating with expert trainers and contributors Laura Selenz and Holger Sigmund, and our team has developed online learning solutions for Sustainable Meetings Berlin partner businesses, based on the internationally recognised criteria of the Sustainable Meetings Berlin certification programme.

The criteria covers four key areas of sustainability: Environment, Society, Business, and Governance, Risk and Compliance, and serves as a tool for local businesses to understand, evaluate and strengthen sustainability practices in a holistic manner. 

Through our partnership with visitBerlin, we are offering:

• a short online course on the fundamentals of sustainable business practices
• a series of facilitated courses on practical application of the criteria

These are available to Sustainable Meetings Berlin partner businesses, with the aim of supporting their ongoing sustainability journey.
