About This Session
Dr. Ya-Yen Sun, whose published works include "The carbon footprint of global tourism" in the peer-reviewed journal Nature Climate Change, and "calculating the carbon emissions of holidays" by Responsible Travel, provides insights into tourism's carbon footprint and climate impacts. With a better understanding of our industry's impacts on the climate crisis, we'll also discuss steps that destinations and businesses can take to reduce GHG emissions.
