With a totally unutilized engineering degree and almost a decade of corporate experience up her sleeve, Neha Arora is the founder of Planet Abled, which is bringing a paradigm shift in tourism by giving ‘everyone’ the freedom of choice to travel irrespective of disability, impairment, age or medical condition.
She started Planet Abled because she could never go for a holiday as a child. Her 38 years of experience of knowing her parents' needs (her father is blind and mother is a wheelchair user) gives her a unique perspective into the needs of people with disabilities, as she creates a Planet Abled." Planet Abled is the only company in the world to mix people with and without disabilities to travel together. Planet Abled is now creating a smart platform that provides travel information in a digitally accessible format to travellers with all types of disabilities and older persons to allow them to plan an informed travel experience. To make destinations and tourism industry stakeholders disabled friendly, Planet Abled offers Inclusivity as a service. Consultation and training leading to a Certification is provided to the establishments/services on accessibility so that they are well equipped to cater to guests with all types of disabilities and impairments.

Neha is a Global Good Fund Fellow and sits on the Advisory board of Travel Unity, a non profit based out of the USA which promotes diversity and inclusion in the travel industry. She is a keynote speaker at global platforms like ITB Berlin, Global Sustainable Tourism Council, World Tourism Forum Lucerne, International Congresson Tourism and Technology in Diversity in Malaga, Spain, TiECON, Zero Project, TEDx, Women Economic Forum and various acclaimed educational institutions.
