Project Manager and expert in sustainable tourism, she is an independent consultant based in Italy. After 20 years spent in Central and South America as a Destination Manager, she founded Softtourism in 2015 and introduced the GSTC Criteria and the 17 SDGs of 2030 Agenda in the Italian travel business through her consulting and courses. She is currently involved in the Sustour Project as Travelife Coach and serves as Auditor in Ecoluxury, Retreats of the World. As PM4SD Project Manager, advises several European design firms in drafting projects related to Next Generation UE (Italian PNRR) and Roots Tourism.
