Alyssa Ramirez is a Partnerships Manager at Airbnb, and North America Lead for the Airbnb Entrepreneurship Academy. Through strategic partnerships and program development, she works to promote sustainable tourism while creating economic and entrepreneurship opportunities for Hosts and communities around the world. She is also an active member and former Global Lead of Juntos, Airbnb's Employee Resource Group for Latino and Hispanic employees advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Prior to Airbnb, Alyssa worked in the education nonprofit sector and served as an AmeriCorps Vista at the San Francisco Education Fund. A California native, Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from San Francisco State University and resides in Oakland, California.
